MEET THE PARTNERS 
 
 
Paul Reeder
Managing Partner
Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, (FCIOB), Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, manufactures and Commerce (FRSA), and holds a NEBOSH level 3 Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
 

Paul has over 40 years experience in the construction industry both in the UK and the Gulf and is widely recognised for his strategic management expertise. He is responsible for the delivery of a number of major projects including the Royal Opera House re-development in London. For the past 15 years Paul has held senior positions with Wimpey/Carillion, including Commercial Director with Wimpey Construction Management and Managing Director of TPS, Carillion’s design and project management business.

 

Paul has lived in Dubai, with his wife Denise for the past 4 years and is a keen horseman and member of the Arabian Ranches Golf Club. Paul offers a wealth of construction experience with particular emphasis on major projects. He has and continues to promote early contractor involvement which he passionately believes adds significant value to construction projects

Christopher Heath
Partner 
Chris heads up Development Consultancy at Connect Consult International. He has over 18 years property development experience. Before relocating to the Gulf, Chris spent 7 years as Managing Director of a property development and investment company.
 

He is a highly experienced and results orientated senior property professional with proven ability to deliver profit in both development and investment. Highly numerate, analytical and with a sharp business focus to control cost and drive value at all points throughout the life cycle of a project. A broad depth of experience combined with a keen eye for opportunity also ensures he can bring added value through revenue enhancement.

 

Chris's focus is to support developer clients in developing the best scheme with an acceptable risk/reward balance and ensure projects progress as required. He can also provide assistance to clients in respect of acquisition and funding due diligence.

 

Chris is married to Sharon and lives in Dubai. Originally from South Yorkshire in the North of England his interests include golf, keeping fit and the theatre. He has a BSc in Quantity Surveying.

Sean T H Lim
Partner

Sean is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, (MRICS), and holds a degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Greenwich UK.

He has over 15 years experience in the construction industry, in the UK, Middle East and South East Asia. Having held a number of  senior positions in cost consultancy and major construction companies both in the UK and the UAE, he offers a wealth of experience and knowledge in proactive cost planning and strategic commercial management at both project and corporate level.

Sean’s knowledge and experience, gained whilst leading the Business Statistics Team at Bovis Lend Lease, adds a new dimension to cost planning, which will significantly benefit our clients in the MENA region.
 

Sean lives in Dubai. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis and listening to live music. He is a keen traveller with interests include Formula One and property investment. Sean’s current interest is to pick up good skiing skills.
