Connect Consult provides Project Management and other related Construction Consultancy services. The company was established in February 2009 with the mission to “play a key role in significantly improving the efficiency and effective delivery of construction projects”, particularly in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

It is our considered opinion, and that of many senior managers we have spoken to since founding the business, that the management of construction projects in the MENA region is generally mediocre. This mediocrity is the major reason for significant delays in completion, over spending and quality defects that beset the project delivery process.

The senior management team at Connect Consult comprises highly experienced construction and development professionals with the wherewithal to promote the necessary changes to complete our mission. We will do this by providing “hands on“ management, using tools designed to ensure that our clients are well informed, and provided with well considered advice at the right time.

As project managers, we will manage the development and construction processes, not simply by reporting on events, but by leading from the front, promoting teamwork and questioning and probing to ensure that we understand the issues and concerns of the day. We will identify and support weaknesses and utilise strengths to ensure that your projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
